C. Kent Harrington.
Mr. Harrington serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Cathedral Rock. He has over 25 years of experience
in senior housing development, finance, and operational management
of multiple facilities. Mr. Harrington is a graduate of the
United States Air Force Academy and has a Master's in Business Administration
degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University where he has
served as an adjunct faculty member, teaching both accounting and
real estate finance. He was a partner in a chain of 12 Assisted Living
facilities, which was sold in 1997 to a large, publicly traded firm.
Michael S. Evans.
Mr. Evans serves as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining
Cathedral Rock in 1998, he served as the Chief Operating Officer
of the pension fund advisory company of GE Capital and Chief Executive
Officer of GE Capital’s $20 billion asset management company.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Master’s
in Business Administration, both degrees from The University of
Texas at Arlington.
D. Scott Lundy. Mr.
Lundy joined Cathedral Rock in 1999 and serves as Chief Financial
Officer. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a
Master's in Science in Accounting from the University of North
Texas. He was previously a Manager with Ernst & Young
where he worked for eight years in the health care audit group. He
has served as an adjunct professor in the CPA review program for
the University of North Texas.
David J. Cerveny. Mr.
Cerveny serves as Vice President of Operations and came to Cathedral
Rock in late 2005, bringing an extensive background in long-term
care. Over the past 21 years, he has served in varied positions
in the industry since he was in high school, including Administrator,
Senior Administrator, Regional Vice President, where he oversaw
between 8 and 20 Skilled Nursing facilities, and Division Vice
President, overseeing 41 Skilled Nursing facilities in six states. Mr.
Cerveny holds a degree in Long-Term Care Administration and attended
the University of Nebraska.
Lesley M. Pryor. Ms. Pryor
has served as Vice President-Administration for Cathedral Rock since its
inception in 1998. She has worked in the senior housing industry for over
19 years with experience in the areas of public relations, project management,
accounting, human resources and IT management. Ms. Pryor majored in journalism
at Memphis State University.
Peggy Winkler, RN. Ms.
Winkler serves as Corporate Director of Nursing for Cathedral
Rock. Her long-term care experience began 30 years ago when she
became a dietary aide at a facility. Her strong interest in nursing
has driven her career path. She is a graduate of Deaconess College
of Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri and is a certified Gerontological
Nurse through the American Nurses Association. Ms. Winkler is
also a Certified Director of Nursing Administration and has completed
her certification as a Legal Nurse Consultant. She has been a
licensed nursing home administrator since 1988.
Robert Johnson. Mr.
Johnson serves as Director of Human Resources for Cathedral Rock. He has
over 10 years experience as a Human Resources professional in the healthcare
and finance industries. He majored in marketing at Texas Wesleyan University.
