a community that helps them feel at home. Oak Forest's spacious
environment provides varied opportunities for social interactions
and friendship while ensuring a high level of specialized health
care services.
Respite and Hotel Service
Our Respite and Hotel Programs are designed to
provide temporary nursing and/or residential care for a loved one
for one to thirty days. Respite Care is temporary, 24-hour care
in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This type of care
may be needed following surgery or illness. It is flexible, and
can be adjusted to meet your needs. The cost of Respite varies based
on the services needed. Usually, it is a daily charge, which covers
accommodations, meals and 24-hour nursing care, including administration
of medications, activities and other amenities.
Hotel stays can be used for a variety of reasons
- for a weekend away, a family emergency, a long-awaited vacation
or business travel. Sometimes families use Hotel stays as a way
to "try-out" the move into a skilled nursing facility.
This reduces the stress of an anticipated move as well as allowing
a trial without a commitment to long-term placement.
You can expect the best...
Providing quality care and exceptional customer
service is our continuing goal. The professional nursing staff,
as well as other dedicated staff, is committed to providing each
resident with the very best service available.

well as interaction with the staff and families. Our activity director
designs programs not only for enjoyment but also for enrichment
of mind and body. Come have lunch
