Blanchette Place, located conveniently off of I-70 West, is nestled on a hillside surrounded by landscaped yards.  The seasons and the environment lend themselves to spring, summer, and fall outdoor activities for the residents and their families.  This landmark has served St. Charles for over 25 years.

Admissions are accepted 7 days a week, 24-hours a day.  We look forward to your visit and the opportunity to share our unique approach to health care.

Respite and Hotel Service

Our respite and hotel programs are designed to provide temporary residential and nursing care for a loved one for one to thirty days.  Respite care may be needed following surgery or illness.  It is flexible, and can be adjusted to meet your needs.

Hotel stays can be used for a variety of reasons; for a weekend away, a family emergency, a long awaited vacation or business travel.

Our dedicated, secured Alzheimer's/Special Care Unit is designed with your peace of mind at its heart.  With trained staff members who interact with residents throughout the day, our Stepping Stones unit is dedicated to meet the very special needs of these residents.

Skilled Nursing Services

As a Medicare certified, Medicaid approved skilled nursing center, Blanchette Place offers 24-hour nursing care provided by licensed, certified and long tenured staff.  Blanchette Place also offers in-house dialysis services.

Rehabilitation Services

At Blanchette Place, we recognize that maintaining independence is very important to our residents in their daily lives.  Our professional therapists are skilled in providing physical and occupational therapies following hip replacements, strokes, or other medical needs.  Our speech language pathologist is trained to address both communication and cognitive needs.

Activities

Fun and social times are an important part of family life and so it is at Blanchette Place.  We offer a variety of entertainment, crafts, outings, social visits, personal fun, as well as interaction with the staff and families.
